I had to respond to this. I dont know about water but
i KNOW salt is not poisonous. As long as it is mineral salt
( ie sea salt, miners salt ) All throughout history
men have consumed how much salt?

People hundreds of years ago consumed up to 20GRAMS OF SALT A DAY!
Parly because that is how foods where preserved.

Salt kills alot of pathogens.

And none of them were dying of high blood pressure.

I dont know about the high water intake...
How much is too much water?

Water with electrolytes should do just fine in the body.
Maybe plain water?
