Benefits I have seen:
• Because I have hundreds of lipomas in my body, I self-diagnosed through internet literature such as this that Iodine treatment might help. Since I started 4 months ago, the number of visually noted lipomas has reduced to nothing, and all of those by touch are almost reduced to nothing. None of these lipomas hurt anymore.
• However, I have also had many other positive side effects and no negative
o Whites of eyes are much whiter if not white
o Significantly reduced joint pain
o Joints no longer pop, whether in spine, fingers, toes, or neck
o Plantar and hand warts I have had since 6 years of age are gone
o Finger nails are no longer brittle
o Almost no stomach bloating except for a few foods I avoid
o Chronic allergies mostly gone as are accompanied headaches
o Have not taken an aspirin for a headache in 4 months
o Hands and feet are no longer cold
o Zits and other skin infections seem to have left
o Cuts and other injuries heal much faster
o Bursitis issues are gone in hip, shoulder, and elbow
 I am mentally much sharper ~ loss of “Brain Fog”
o When I used to get a body temperature, my body temp typically drops to 95.5 to 96.5, then might race up to 102 or 103, only to fall again. When I am not sick my body temp is 96.8, but has increased to 97.6 since. Doctors could give no advice on this condition or would not believe me.
o I no longer take thyroid meds and feel no difference not taking them (TSH level)
o I no longer take allergy meds & no longer suffer from allergies
o I have lost weight; skin / fat layer looks and feels different
o I no longer have internal pain near gall bladder when I eat fatty foods
• Lastly, I remember as a kid being very healthy and no problems until age of 6 where I lived in coastal regions (SC, CA, VA) and then moved to WI, then NV, and then to ID where I developed many of these problems that I have been fighting since. Scores of doctors diagnosed me with arthritis, bursitis, allergies, and simply poor genetic history. No one ever thought it could be a deficiency except for one holistic doctor who did not identify Iodine as a possible issue.
