I did the coq10 and caster oil and I got a decent die off from that. I took not quite two tablespoons of caster oil. Then I believe it was one hour later I took the 4 grams of coq10 but I mixed it with pumpkin seed oil, a generous amount. About two hours later I took another round of caster oil before bed. When I woke up, I didn't feel like it did anything. I did one more round of caster oil and then 1 hour later another of the coq10 and pumpkin seed oil. I found quite a lot of dead stuff when I went to the bathroom.
