really? well thats good to know... i thought that i heard there is some risk, as with anything. when i first bought it i remember reading protocols that said specifically to make sure not to take too much as this can be really bad. i dont remember why or where though... hmm. well thanx for the reassurance but im still a little unsure. i mean, everything in excess is toxic, right? (like, even excessive high doses of vitamin c will cause diarrea which is a toxic overload)
