This has been a revelation for me and perhaps a key to finally getting proper nutrition from my food to gain a little weight and perhaps reduce my acid load simply by proper food combining. Could also be used to save money on groceries! Waste not, want not

How is this Iodine related? Test your excrement for starch by applying Iodine to see if it turns blue. Properly digested food contains no starch, no blue poo.
