Thanks Gina... you mentioned how Borax & Iodine are great together, but I can't get this straight in my mind, surely one of the desirable effects of the Borax is that it detoxifies halides, how is the Lugol's Iodine different?

I understand that the Thyroid & Parathyroid need and utilise greater amounts of Iodine / Boron respectively, but surely their effects essentially cancel each other out?

If you agree, what do you think would be a reasonable spacing for Lugol's / Borax ingestion?

Or perhaps maybe there is something I am not getting about the way Borax works to remove fluorides / bromides / perchlorates etc.? Would love someone to set me straight on this...
