It might mean that you have to spit out a lot of feelings or words that you have shallowed for a long time. Even you try to spit the glass you never finish. The fact that your mouth is bleading might mean that you have swallowed things that have hurt you and that is why you blead. (¿resentments, anger, disappointments?)AS you are with your auntie, the issues might be related to the family.
