This is what we're saying, though. Perhaps the point I haven't made clear (I'm terrible at this) is that when I was taking lower doses of iodine, my detox suffering was

HORRIBLE.

The more Iodine I took, the LESS I suffered with detox. And it is something that many others have learned, too.

I still believe it's 'temporary', in that, you won't have to take 'massive quantities' forever.

However, because of the amounts of poisons we're exposed to on a daily basis in our air, water, food, and other products, the 'prescribed' amount of time for MORE Iodine is definitely more than just your average "7-10 days".

Truly, I've been there. I want to EASE your suffering, not increase it. I've been there. Suffering detox is NOT my thing!
