Thanks for posting your message! I just started researching Folliculitis decalvans today, because my dermatologist diagnosed me with it a few weeks ago. I'm one of those people who is prone to acquiring weird rare conditions, so I now suspect that the underlying cause is a hidden imbalance in my system- whether it is an imbalance to my energy system, cellular memory, autoimmune system... I agree with you that conditions like Folliculitis decalvans (where Western doctors say "unknown cause") are expressions of a systemic imbalance that Antibiotics will not cure. So, although my dermatologist recommended that I start right away with Antibiotics (for 2-6 months), I'm deferring that decision until I've consulted a naturopathic or homeopathic doctor. Your message has reaffirmed that little voice of intuition in my gut.

I'd be interested in hearing what course of treatment you follow and the success of your treatments. I will let you know how mine go.
