When it comes to sulfur (havent tried the DMSO), I have combined it (MSM) with all the other supplements I take. Great effect, and I would not bother about the combining this or that.

- I have taken everything in one go, only that vit C need to be taken several times a day, due to short half time, and continious need for it.
All the others; selenium, iodine, borax, whatever; I mix, and my body know what to to with it:)

Yes, boron and Iodine work well together, boron govern the parathyroid, Iodine the thyroid.
Makes me wonder if all the glands have a key mineral. Probably.
