Thank you! Thank you! Now I know why my son has been having trouble the last few days. I thought that copper was only important in histamine reduction due to its part in DAO but I was wondering why the vitamin C I was giving him hasn't been helping him as much this past week and it must be because I let up on giving him copper! I won't bother to explain the whole story, but he has high histamine because of gut dysbiosis and somewhat low copper due to taking lots of vitamin C for a long time.
