Yes, your approach sounds like a good one.

I would just caution that ascorbic acid rarely acts like a drug, i.e. instantaneously. It acts to improve the health of the whole body, and as such, I would be very surprised, if you kept at Bowel Tolerance very long, if you did not experience at least some obvious improvement, in at least some of the symptoms you [originally] listed. Given enough time [with Bowel Tolerance dosing], I would expect you have a very good chance of solving ALL of your listed symptoms.
