Inti- Did your TEI report not come with the full report? Everyone should be able to read and understand the test results.

We have to be careful with the amount of magnesium that we take. An increase in mag can lower potassium which can in turn create a higher Ca/K ratio and throw off the thyroid ratio. That is exactly what happened to me.
