I have been using PepZinGI (Zinc Carnosine) for some months in an attempt to reduce the inflammation which perpetuates leaky gut/hyper-permeability. The only problem is that leaky gut, at least in my case, is mostly a problem of the colon with some knock on effect in the stomach, rather than the small intestine where zinc carnosine is said to be most effective.

Results for me have been fairly minor from what I can tell and I was taking 2 capsules twice a day before meals at one point.
