i came across a really good site a few months ago where i bought a product from ,it was a digital product that i downloaded and it had guidelines in how to cure certain aspects of my psoriasis. i must say it was the best ebook ive had and whenever i fall off the bandwagon as far as things like diet and alcohol or even just normal food intake i re check the book and what it says about certain products an things like that and i apply the methods and wham my psoriasis seems to dissipate...heres the link to the site where the product is related they have other things on there too so its not a bad read and has some good info on there if anyone is interested...my two cents worth hope it helps www.destroypsoriasis.com
