Hi soretummy,

You could try to take an enema. I would start with a plain water enema say 2 quarts of plain warm water. If this does not cause any pain you could try a more cleansing solution to clean out your large intestines.

Do you know if you have any adhesions in the area of the pain? If this is the cause then cleansing your large intestines every once in a while should help.
