Just take the molybdenum or sodium molybdate for two weeks at 25 mgs per day and then take a week off. Then resume -- two weeks on, one week off. This latter dosage only applies if you are taking the 25 mgs dosage. This does not apply if you are taking the 900 microgram dosages. 25 mgs is approx 25 times more molybdenum per day than the 900 mcg dosage. You can take the RDA of 900 mcg dosage everyday non-stop without problems because molybdenum is not very toxic to the body.
