Not sure if it would really be a worthy testimony. I oil up before meditation and practice in the morn. I use whatever oil Janaki does not slather all over her body before showering. I feel swishing mostly helps with sensitivity I sometimes have in the teeth and once in a while congestion of the sinuses which make the gumline pulse a bit. Also freshens the breath better than anything.
