I jumped right into 5 grams 4 days ago today. I am attempting to see if I can ween off my ADHD meds and still function how I would like, plus a little experimentation and curiosity is getting to me. I've ramped up 4 grams in the past for a week a few days or so, but this is my first time above that.

Right now I have a full body ache, slight insomnia, glands on my neck are tender, sore throat and coughing up mucous like no other. I feel like I have the flu and its no fun. I have a few painful zits popping up on my face and shoulders too. Heart rate has also increased a lot, more than I like to see

I made a few months worth of SSKI , so I will update and post again soon!
