I've been reading autopsy reports of celebrities online. (http://www.autopsyfiles.org)

There are autopsy reports on there of some of the wildest celebs that ever lived.
Alcoholic rockstars, heroin shooting singers, anti-deppressant addicted playboy bunnies, you name it.

I didn't read all of them, and while some of them had an enlarged liver, fibrous liver tissue, cirrhosis or fatty liver.
None of them had gall stones.

Some did have "congested liver" so upon googling that term I found it to be called Congestive Hepatopathy, a congestion of the venous system due to cariac dysfunction. Which means not by stones blocking the Bilary tree.
