Interesting! I know chromium is in miniplex B and also megapan if you take either of these. I have read a couple of instances where people had kidney failure from too much chromium over a prolonged period of time (seems like it only applies to the chromium picolinate kind), although I don't know how accurate the studies are or if they took other health stuff into consideration. When I read this though, it made me nervous as my grandma had kidney failure... although this was from taking blood thinners for so long. I only take one miniplex and one megapan a day to get about 400MCG so I am not going higher than this... I believe 600MG+ was what the few cases where people experienced damage.
