I have been using both for a while as suggested in this protocol:

I am currently only using MMS2 and having great results.

As this protocol suggests, build up slowly.

 One more thing that I found helpful, I activated MMS1 and then put it in 1 or 2 empty veggie capsule.

This has worked very well from me. You can get 00 or 000 empty veggie caps that will hold more liquid.

I don't like the idea of drinking it.
