I take one tablet daily and have done for over a year now - without it my sore aching breasts come back within days. I have also started taking Maca and it seems to be working really well. I am two years after removal, and the first year was hell on earth. I am at 90% better now and feeling ok. I stil have a few symptoms crop up but generally ok. I had the Mirena in for four long years :-( Good luck, it does and will get better!
