Remeber this diet could take anywhere from 3 months to a year to work. I was already on similar healthy diets so it took me less time. Most important thing is not to stray off the diet, 1 miss step and youll probly smell again.


But I want to cure this for real! I want to be able to eat regular food without smelling like shit. Basically its impossible for me to maintain or gain any muscle on this type of diet. Im afraid protein worsens the smells.

Is there any surgery to cure this?
