I notice it's been 4 months since you started this thread. Have you continued oil pulling during this time? Any improvements based on this or something else that you tried?

My routine is brush with baking soda, floss, water pick with Colloidal Silver added to water (or sometimes H202). Sometimes I use a zapper on my teeth and gums with pure silver electrodes, the rinse with C silver. This has always worked very will to keep things in check, to my knowledge no gum disease pocket depth reversal though.

I have just began the oil pulling 2 days ago. Hoping for some better results than you got.
