So I did a plain water enema tonight, which seems to be helping relieve symptoms of PMS.

But when I went to flush, I noticed a couple odd-looking things. I didn't examine too closely. Definitely likely some parasitic "stuff" but there were some that looked like rolled up tomato skins.

Anyone ever have this?

I'm on Melia Supreme (neem) and Grapefruit Seed Extract and I have been eating some garlic here and there.
