Thanks for the answer, I think I will keep taking iodine, I was scared to take a Iodine pill again but now I just swallowed one.


as for my temperature, oral is nearly 98.1°F (36.7°C), still better than nothing but the fact that I don't freeze to death anymore under 15°C (60°F) is a good indicator of how my situation has improved.

is improvement after Iodine supp progressive over the months or does it just stays the same?
I feel kinda great but still my metabolism still needs a little kick.

I didn't tell my doctor about Iodine intake or else he would jump out of his desk.

I take as selenium Se methyl L selenocysteine but not everyday since I eat a lot of poultry which gives me fair amounts of selenium.

The only problem remaining now is that I can't lose weight yet I eat organic, no processed foods and my calorie intake is around the same as my calculated BMR.

Maybe is it the T3 that isn't functioning properly?
