Sally, the only thing I can tell you is that with enema's, you get things out that don't come out without.....I have no explanation for it. You can have a healthy BM daily or several times daily.....do an enema along with cleansing, and then find the parasites. This may not be true in all cases, but many, many people will describe this. Not sure why, it seems they stick to the walls when dead, and get caught up in the pockets of the colon.
