Gutsymama, where can I learn more about this? My TSH has been elevated for over a year, it is in hypo range. However my frees are ok and I feel just fine. I take 250-300mg Lugols/day. I've been waiting for the TSH to drop but it hasn't, and I'm not sure what to do. Hate to stop the Iodine without knowing what is happening. Thanks.
