I don't understand this sentence:

" His intolerances went through the roof which meant I could not treat him with natural antifungals, at the same time as giving him the probiotic which was Kiki soil based one the doctor doubled up his dose of calcium citrate and it burned his insides badly enough to need omeprazole and then ranitidine of which I have had terrible trouble getting him weaned from. "

You mentioned that the soil based org. probiotic caused the problems, but then this sentence talks about another probiotic, is it (kiki) the one that caused the problem?
