Thank you ggxx! I'm learning a lot from you! I now see the consequences of interrupting the body's healing course :-) The radish and oil pulling are both mistakes although at the time all I could think of is trying to stop the extreme uncomfortableness. I guess I need to respect the body's needs more!

Yes I am continuing my fas but maybe only for a few more days because my mom is getting extremely concerned about my weight. The cravings are gone and nausea has become better. I've been having this metallic taste in my mouth for a couple days now and yesterday I noticed that all my tooth fillings turned completely black! I got really scared that I might be dissolving all that metal and swallowing them into my system. Did you ever experience this? I wonder if this is normal or if it's actually doing more harm than good to my body? Thanks!
