Thank you so much nooneip! That's a huge encouragement! May I ask how large was your fibrosis and how old you were when you did your fasts? Also, how much weight did you loose during your fasts? I am 32 and my fibroid was about 10x9x8cm before I started the fast. I did an ultrasound on day 18 and it shrunk to 9x8x6cm. (I broke the fast during what ggxx explained as the healing crisis and now I regret it too as I think it might have helped me shrunken it even more). My problem right now is that I am extremely underweight and weak and my mom is very worried. I wa skinny to begin with but I didn't expect to loose these much weight. My mom says that I look like I've been in a concentration camp. Were you able to gain most of your weight back during the one and half month before you started your second fast? Your feedback really helps me. Thank you!
