whow! thanks for sharing. i have been oil pulling for just over a month now (I think) and I have many benefits too. My gums are healthier, my teeth are cleaner and whiter, the tartar gone (almost) without any unpleasant dental procedures.

I have also noticed my skin, I have good skin and good genes, but I am 50 and my skin looks so young it is almost unbelievable. So yes, i do believe that it will help you with your acne! It may take a month or two, but don't give up.

My eyes are brighter somehow, I can't put my finger on what it is exactly but they feel more shiny and glassy. Sort of cleaner!

My appetite is back but i have cravings for healthy foods and don't feel like eating in between the meals.

I have been using coconut, but have bought some sesame and will try it this week. I must say i love coconut so much! It just taste great.
