Oh, and Moorbath will help too (stronger than Bentonite clay bath) but if you have a gut load full of mercury, it would tighten it up and would not feel very comfortable.

Also coffee enemas will not help unless you clean out your gut first. I am doing enemas in conjunction with taking Enterosgel (as it causes constipation but seems to help in slowly drawing out toxins).
