So true DBLC! Sorry you didn't get the support you need:( I know I have learned a lot about saying no. I used to feel that if someone asked me to do something and I said no then they wouldn't like me. I've learned about boundaries as well. And I also discovered the world keeps turning even though I don't drop everything to help everyone all the time! It's true about compassion,too. I never imagined the kind of fatigue I had even existed. I have a whole new respect for others with illnesses and for the elderly.
