 Not saying that none of it goes into the blood stream.  Just that it can be minimized if done properly. 

This link explains why if done properly, not much is absorbed into general circulation.

I don’t get jittery at all, and I am using a total of 12 tablespoons per day of coffee.    

Plus, I believe the increase in elimination of toxins is well worth it.  My clearance is so much better now.
