Somebody with a half dollar sized pustule on her leg used :

1. Medical grade ozone treatments for 20m on 2 consecutive days at a high flow rate 1/4 lpm (preferred to run a lower flow rate) - followed up with red/infrared lamp (10-15 minutes) Used a LED light or can use heat lamp type of bulb that emits red and infrared (you can purchase at Lowes etc).

2. 50,000 iu of Vitamin A (2 days) and 20,000iu Vitamin D3 (2 days)

3. Topical applications of neem leaf, and rosemary essential oil.

Infection dried up within 2 to 3 days and is showing signs of healing.
