There are tons of carbs that don't contain gluten. My favorites are sweet potato, brown rice, gluten free oats. There is a company called Udi's that makes legit bread and bagels, etc. They have widespread distribution so you can find them at any major grocery chain in the US. I travel frequently and have always been able to pick up gluten free food. 7-8 years ago was a different story. Now, it's extremely easy to live gluten free.
