Having said everything I've already said, what I've learned (and am still learning) is to "go with your gut"...

What are your first instincts? If your gut instincts tell you that it's perfectly safe, then it most likely just IS perfectly safe.

The ptb have never had our best interests at heart.

I can see where this is beneficial by providing more oxygen, and thus would provide continuous detoxification of the lungs from the continuous BAD air that we breathe on a daily basis.

The evil "they" also fed us the same fears of too much iodine. Perhaps that might have been the case long long ago, when our air was cleaner, our water purer, and all the food was organic and healthy and highly nutritious.

Today, none of those factors apply.

It's a whole new ballgame not only to stay alive - but to THRIVE.
