I could not think of a better heading.

It seems that she was getting enough Iodine in her new diet, and this is mind boggling, but it follows the rule that an excess is a poison, and so is a deficiency.
The surprising thing about Iodine is that nobody has reported an excess, not even Trapper.



You are very wrong about meat only. That way is death. Low or zero carb is a high animal fat diet, and it is the same as Iodine in the sense of not being able to consume too much of it. Animal fat is, like iodine, an essential nutrient and should be part of the iodine protocol if we are to use it as a way of healing everything.

Is it possible that iodine is an antidote to carbohydrate poisoning? If so, that would explain the horrible detox experiences of some, and why she did not need any more than whatever was in her diet.
