Thanks for the info joe. Indeed, I am going to start with Iodoral soon, and selenium is a must with it! Over time high Iodine Therapy cures hypothyroid IF you take care of the other problems, which I am doing. For heavy metal detox methylation is best IMO, but Iodine also boosts excretion of metals. My main problem is aluminum but maybe I will try ALA in the distant future to make sure.
