I understand, but also realize that others are reading these threads as well and it is good to share what the bible says on these topics about anger.

Many do not realize that not all anger is bad. I have a righteous anger about a government that will not be truthful or care for it's people. A good biblical example is David. He was just one person with only 5 small stones. Am I crazy to think the government (Goliath ) can not crush me with one finger? Those 5 small stones represented his righteous anger and that he was going to fight against the godless giant. However, his faith was hugh and believed God would take care of the rest for him.
