Hello.

Saturated Fat is said to be bad for Kidneys with Low Function and Flaxseed Oil has a lot of it. Seen many good places telling good info about it and also like u saying it helped a lot with kidney function so wonder that how is it possible if it has so much saturated fat. Not at all potassium though which is good. According to this site.
