Hello.

I wonder why Cayenne powder is recommended cause in most western medicinal sites like Kidneyfailureweb and webmd they say that Cayenne and most hot spices are bad when have low kidney function ? Would be nice to eat ginger and turmeric for example and cinnamon,but those sites do not recomemnd it.
