do you use the nappy care one?

and do you toothbrush/mouthwash three times daily?

I am doing toothbrushing/mouthwash only morning and night at the moment because i have no time for it at lunch. It does improve my oral hygiene but i didnt see any change for my lips...

I still get this light whitish membran on my oral mucosa, does anyone else notice it? it usually appears 1/2hours after brushing my teeth or eating...
