I would be glad to know you suggestions on a dosage on how many black walnut leaves it would take to kill a significant amount of parasites. I had an idea also about taking a cheesegrader (or something similar) and getting the outer hull of some fresh black walnut green husks, along with the black walnut leaves, and drinking it with some maple syrup. The sugar attracting the parasites and the walnut mixture to kill them. Do you think that would kill a bunch of parasites, I hope so. Also, are russian olive leaves okay to consume, and if so is there a maximum amount that would be bad?

All your info everywhere is awesome, I am hoping to be a fruitarian soon.
