before I switched from ARL to TEI Dr. Wilson had sort of given me a scare tactic about taking glandulars with my past melanoma history, even though it was caught in very early stages and was treated with a minor surgery. I didn't like the way he worded it and it made me nervous about taking them. TEI and also my first practitioner I worked with for 1 1/2 years and Dr. watts had never heard of the issue with glandulars and cancer as long as you don't take glandulars that have the added hormones... because of this I have been holding off on taking them. I am now working on my levels without the glandulars but am thinking about adding in the glandulars as I really feel this is going to give me a much quicker extra boast to get my NA/K levels up. I am completing a test next week to see where they are now but all of my tests have shown NA 2, POT 1. I am worried now that I am taking POTT supplements that I am not taking enough supplements to increase my sodium levels, especially with this now current increase of magnesium. With that being said the first 9 months on NB, i only ever took paramin and taurine and magnesium and I survived without any serious issues with the sodium or pottassium loss but I also had issues with my energy levels before I switched so I know that with adding in the megapan and miniplex b and pottassium plus and spartan MK that it is gradually going to raise my very low NA and K ratios but I am just worried about how long it may take

cheers onwards!
