Hi, two questions about Dr. Schulze's superfood --

1) Is there nutritional information available about it? What vitamins are in it? What about carbohydrates? Cholesterol? Other things covered by food labels?

2) I recently read that Superfood contains a kind of yeast that has been associated with brain injury -- I read this on the site of a company that makes a superfood clone, but without the yeast. Any thoughts on whether that is valid or not?
