I used the Omica brand SuperIonic Fulvic acid. Only because I have used other of their products and found them pretty good. The recommended dose is 2 dropper-fulls, but I only use 1 or even less than that. But like I said, I'm pretty small. A bigger person would probably need more. I use it once in the morning on an empty stomach, and once before I go to bed. It is important to not use chlorinated water with it. I have a RO system & that seems to work fine. It may be that my stomach is just lacking in stomach acid and Fulvic Acid supplies it. I don't know, but it works for me.
