This sounds completely logical to me. I have blasto too and Dr Ohhira is the only probiotic that I could tolerate. I'm curious about your whole regimen, such as quantities and times of day you took these things. I have Heather's Tummy Care fiber and Doctor's Best Betaine already and would love to know how you took these. I will try this and report back with how I'm doing.
